Our Story
In 2012, Sean McNabb, the founder and visionary behind our brand, suffered a tremendous amount of loss with his health. Years of traditional therapy and outpatient programs were enough to maintain but not regain quality of life. In 2019 Sean was pointed to a non-traditional experience in Equine therapy. Being one in a round pen with a horse and connecting in this honest relationship was the pure medicine that he needed to build and restore what he lost over the course of the previous years. The guides that led him through the programs have gained a lifetime of experience working with horses and building relationships in very unique ways. This is what drove Sean to pursue feeding his soul and reaching through this type of living. It is not just about therapy. It is about human connection and being part of something greater than we can comprehend. Its about the waking of your soul, facing deep fears within and finding freedom on the other side.
Broken Arrow is not just a place to receive therapy, it is about being true to self and admitting that our brokenness is the path to honest relationship that this world so desperately needs. As we grow together in community, we continue to find that experiences are the gateway that bring people to life (john 10;7). We have highly educated and experienced providers that are experts in a multitude of different fields. Much like Seans story, people can heal and feel free to pursue their passion. We give them the tools to do it. We collaborate to offer other adventures in the outdoors including kayaking, yoga in the desert, mountain biking, hangin’ around campfires and bringing simplicity back to our daily life
Seans story is much like our own. Not everyone has the same health issues but we all have loss in life and are fighting a battle within. Finding what feeds us and frees us is what we are all about.

When we say build the ranch, we mean adding more outpost ranches to our brand, building community through events and volunteering, pulling in more people who want to be part of this movement. We are reaching our youth, mothers, fathers, sons and daughters, veterans, released prisoners, homeless, local business sponsors and many more.
We are restoring what we have lost, transforming culture and impacting local economies. All through creating an environment of simple connection and relationship.
