Dynamic Mobility Training:

When I started my movement journey, for my personal health and well being, I wanted more meaning and better relationships, in my life.  I knew when I first started learning the system that I teach now, that the movement, breathwork and mindset is a whole life training and repatterning to live life feeling fulfilled and capable of handling the challenges that are part of life’s journey.  In my wellness system, I offer private sessions, classes and  “Outside Of The Box” Wellness seminars that engage employees.

Stress affects your ability to be productive.  There are many practical tools that employees can use, to have less stress during the workday.  These tools can be implemented, so that employees can go through a workday to:

A Corporate Wellness Seminar for your company is specifically designed for your employee group and their productivity needs.  In the seminar, employees get to practice tools to apply during their day to reduce stress.

Participants learn Breathwork to stay relaxed & focused, Workplace Movement to reduce the harmful effects of sitting and Mindset Techniques to stay present and respond well without internalizing the stress, in the face of challenges that arise during the day.

Employees also receive accountability tools to use after the seminar, so that they can apply what they have learned to their daily routine.

About Your Host: 

Hi, I’m Michell Brown. I created the Dynamic Mobility System for busy people, who want to experience transformation in their body and mind, moving from stress to living life fully. My 30 years of experience in working with body movement modalities has given me the tools to help  people find relief from tension and pain, and experience greater ease and flow. My current clients include highly successful entrepreneurs and professionals, busy parents, go getter retirees, golfers, health fanatics and sports enthusiasts. I live with my family and husband of 34 years in Scottsdale, Arizona, where I also have my private studio and professional practice. My skill is seeing where the stress is stored in your body, helping you discover the deep root cause of that stress and giving you power tools to affect the way you respond to stress, so you are capable and confident in yourself.
